You will be able to work independently, monitor accounting activities and provide training to achieve accuracy and standards in a timely manner when required.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Accounting and financial activities management of the allocated accounts.
- Ensure information accuracy and regulation compliance.
- Transactional Accounting for Property management.
- Management of fixed assets register & reconciliation.
- IRD compliance
- GST and or Income Tax returns
- Monthly account and year end account
- Financial/Management reports
- Audit review
- Any other duties reasonably requested including other group company accounting.
Experience and proven ability in the following:
- 3+ years of Professional accounting experience is preferable, such as preparing financial/management reports, GST and or Income Tax returns, Banking/Reconciliations, AP, AR, Inventory management, etc.
- Accounting experience in property industry (such as property development, property management, building construction), and or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Experience with Trust Accounts is an advantage.
- Experience in Dynamics and/or XERO is an advantage.
- Excellent sense of confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
