In this role you will work in the SEA sales and marketing team to focus on driving sales for South-East Asia market to meet sales targets and achieve other KPIs. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities and delivering profit targets within the region, marketing the company image in nutraceutical and food industry, building strong relationships with both existing and new customers to ensure continuous and sustainable business growth. You are also responsible to launch and promote New Products to achieve revenue and margin targets timely.
- Proven experience with full-cycle B2B sales development and ability to achieve the annual targets of revenue and profit including New Products
- In-depth understanding of cross-border trade and market dynamics of SEA market, familiar with regulation requirements for SEA market such as license requirements, import permits, product registration etc., and proven experience with GMP, RMP, HACCP in nutraceutical and food industry
- Great leadership skills, able to motivate and develop team members to achieve best performance and drive for results
- Proven ability to do market research for New Product ideas, initiate and launch new products and achieve revenue and margin targets through New Products timely
- Proven skills and success in identifying, sourcing, developing and progressing new business development opportunities and ability to follow through
- Excellent execution skills to achieve annual sales budget according to business plan to maximise growth and profit of the business while minimizing usage of marketing cost
- Sound business judgement ability, great commercial awareness and ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong strategy development and implementation for long term profitable business and create the best reputation of the company on the market
- Great coordinating skills to work with the internal and external team to effectively resource client needs
- Highly polished communication skills in speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating; excellent relationship building skills to develop positive trade relations with existing customer and potential customers
- Tertiary qualification (preferably in Business Management and Marketing or science)
- Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experiences in nutraceutical or food industry
- Multi-Language for the territory is preferred
